• _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics) used to distinguish users and track page views. Expires after 2 years.

Partner Attribution Cookies

When you arrive at BrandCrux through a partner referral link, we set a cookie to attribute your signup to the referring partner. This is used solely for our partner commission program.

• brandcrux_ref stores the referring partner ID. Expires after 60 days.

Support Cookies

Our live chat provider (Crisp) sets cookies to maintain your chat session so you can continue a conversation across pages.

3. Your Choices

When you first visit BrandCrux, a banner lets you choose between accepting all cookies or essential cookies only. If you choose essential only:

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are not loaded
• Partner attribution cookies are still set if you arrived via a referral link, as they are necessary for the partner program to function
• Essential cookies remain active as they are required to use the service

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in or using the application.

To change your cookie preference, clear the brandcrux_cookie_consent entry from your browser's local storage and refresh the page. The consent banner will appear again.

• Google Analytics (analytics.google.com) for usage analytics
• Crisp (crisp.chat) for live chat support
• Razorpay / Paddle (payment processors) may set cookies during checkout

These services have their own privacy and cookie policies. We do not control cookies set by third parties.
