## Overall Status

The status page shows a live overall banner that reflects current service health:

- **All systems operational**: Every BrandCrux service is responding normally.
- **Minor service issue**: One or more services degraded. Most workflows unaffected.
- **Major service issue**: A service is impacted. We're working on it.
- **Critical service outage**: A core service is down. We're on it.

The banner is checked continuously and updated in real time.

## Active incidents

When there is an active incident, it appears at the top with its status, scope, when it started, a title, and a short description.

## Past 60 days

A history of resolved incidents from the last 60 days, each showing the date it started and how long it lasted. When there have been no incidents, the page reads "No incidents in the last 60 days."
